Seaway Valley Soccer Club 2024 Recreational (House League) Registration

Welcome to the 2024 House League season!  We are looking forward to another fantastic year with opportunities for our players to learn, develop and grow as players and people on and off the field. This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, order your uniform, sign up for our 2024 Summer Recreational program and submit payment.  

Our recreational house league program is open to anyone born between the years of 2008 and 2021.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

ATTENTION COYOTES PLAYERS: Please do not use this registration form to register for House League, you will be provided a separate registration that includes both your Coyotes and House League registration.  

The following divisions now full - we are accepting waitlist registrations. You will be contacted if a spot opens up.

- U10 Boys Division (2014,2015,2016)

AGE DIVISION BY DAYS / NIGHTS

Monday: U10 Boys / Girls (2014, 2015, 2016). 
Tuesday: U7 Boys / Girls (2017 & 2018).
Wednesday: U13 Boys (2011,2012,2013), U16 Boys (2008, 2009, 2010).
Thursday: U13 Girls (2011,2012,2013), U16 Girls (2008, 2009, 2010).

Saturday mornings: U5 Boys / Girls (2019,2020,2021).

REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS

1. All refunds are:

• Subject to a $25 administration fee.
• Must be made via email to the house league director and clearly indicate the reason for withdrawal. Please email houseleague@svsc.ca.
• Must not be made to a coach or other volunteer to pass verbal requests, as they WILL NOT be accepted.

2. Full refunds (less the $25 administration fee):

• Will be processed if the request is submitted prior to May 1st 2024.
• Will be processed where a player suffers a season ending injury attested to by the attending physician PRIOR to the first league game.

3.  Partial refunds (50%, less the $25 administration fee):

• Will be processed where a player suffers a season ending injury attested to by the attending physician PRIOR to the 1st July 2024,the refund will be prorated by the number of games for House League, less any fees paid to associations and league fees.
• Will be processed during exhibition play up to the first league game (regardless of division), less the admin fee and any association fees.

4. Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

• Written requests received after June 1st 2024.
• Where a player transfers to another club after SVSC has registered them with the governing soccer organizations.
• Where a player withdraws after the first league game.
• Any player who has been disciplined by one of the governing soccer organizations will not be eligible for refunds.

Note: Seaway Valley Soccer Club reserves the right to review all requests for player registration fee refunds.
